easy to file as always

just keep it improving every year. being retired and full time RVing this gives me a piece of mind.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

1099-R great for 401K's and things, but not for life time monthly income.
What's great about it: so fast it breezy
What's not so great: 1990-R not good for pensions

Been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and never dissatisfied.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and examples
What's not so great: none

Daughter had claimed herself on her own return. When I submitted to state and fed, both returns were rejected. At the very least your software should ask to see if dependents were filing. At the very best it could have checked to see if dependents had filed and claimed themselves.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: Failed to check dependent status

Had a problem last year with state and this year with the 'free' efiling that did not work. Had to pay for the state efiling though!!! You have lost all customer focus and a long time customer. At this point I may lose any carryover tax info and certainly the personal info but I do not care--I am going to try something else next year!!!
What's great about it: nothing this year
What's not so great: could not efile fed return after twice downloading the software update message that prevented me from efiling

Other that the above statement, this program was outstanding. I used this program in the past and will continue using it because of the ease and good direction in each section.

What's great about it: Simple instructions very easy to follow.
What's not so great: difficulty selected what selection Military retirement was filed under. Military Retiree section need clear ID.
