I have total confidence in Turbo Tax. I've used it for several years and always thought the process was easy, quick and reliable. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
What's great about it: quick and easy, complete, trustworthy software
What's not so great: no cons. I trust the company completely

Turbo tax is vague about Students - graduate & undergraduate in same year. Fellowship stipend and fees paid by college. Have been using turbotax for a number of years - easy to use except this year.

I was frustrated that a couple of the forms I needed to use were not available until later on. I had to go back and update my return more than once after the forms were finally available.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. The product has gotten better each year.
What's great about it: Turbotax is a very cmplete product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The state sales tax deduction almost cost me $400 in refund. I noticed it on review, but the software did not flag it as an item that needs review.
What's great about it: Its Deductible, Prior Year transfer
What's not so great: Missed state sales tax deduction and did not detect on review

Quick and Easy

I've used Turbo Tax to file my returns for years, and I have never had any issues with the returns. Admittedly, my returns aren't complicated but Turbo Tax still takes the drudgery out of the process. And better yet, I never have to make a trip to the post office to pick up some obscure form.
What's great about it: Walks you through all the necessary steps and e-files when return is finished.
What's not so great: Took several attempts to complete e-filing due to multiple program updates that had to be downloaded.
