Duplicate print outs

For Minnesota returns, Property tax refund, program ask you if you want to print out forms for filing. THEN when you get to actual Minn M1 taxes for filing, it prints property tax forms out there also. You have to be observant, which is hard to do if it's your first time using. We've been using TT for years and I've come to watch out for it. I've just never griped about it.

disappointed this yr with turbo tax

probably will look into something different next yr. I do my mom's and my own taxes, nothing elaborate. Have used turbo tax for yrs, but this yr felt it was more difficult and have questions still that I'm not sure of. I do NOT care for having to pay for my state taxes to efile.
What's great about it: does my taxes
What's not so great: was more confusing, seemed less accessible to get answers. state efiling should be free.

Been using Turbo Tax for years and really enjoy the ease of use and speed.
Only issue I have is that we had multiple state returns this year. There should be a discount when having to purchase multiple states at the same time. Also Turbo Tax had problems separating my information from my wife's information in the Michigan return and I will have to do that one separately.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Irritation if you have multiple states

Automatic vs. Manual update

I have done everything you suggested. I have disabled the firewalls, turned off virus protection. I have made sure that turbo tax is passed through any software portal. And still I can't get your automatic update process to work. This is the second year that I have to go to manual updates.
What's great about it: I like everything except as explained below.
What's not so great: The Automatic update process is really weak.

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2013

Solid program great guides and simple entry of data.
If you use it each year it will show you the past years information so that you do not have to enter everything again. IT saved me a huge issue this year as my mortgage company did not send me all my tax statements and the huge difference caused me to notice... They had not processed the payment... Finding that error paid for the program and then some.
I highly recommend this to anyone filing their own returns.
