SO EASY!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used TurboTax for years - wouldn't do it any other way. Makes a 'heavy load' extremely light. Of course, as with any other system, you MUST keep your records in order through out the entire year or you will spend hours and hours gathering the information you need to file.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to understand, easy to use

I have been using TT forever. never using any other. There are a lot of things I like. I like being able to watch how things are organized and what I can do to change my record keeping to make things easier on me. I like the peace of mind of trusting that everything is RIGHT. I also like the independance of knowing "I DID IT" , I would like a better help, the "community really did NOT help. The IRS instructions was the best help, but it took longer to look up questions . This could be improved.

Turbo Tax did a great job!

I enjoyed using Turbo Tax this year. I had problem last year with my taxes and identity theft. Hope this year is better thanks.
What's great about it: I enjoy how easy it is to go through the questions.
What's not so great: I am pretty happy no complaints so far.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Stress-less Tax Filing

Why pay an agency to do your taxes, when with TURBO TAX, you can do it yourself without the stress and save the money an agency would take....for yourself. MORE in your pocket.
What's great about it: All Good
What's not so great: NO Bads

Easy to use but frustrated in the end...

So, this is the 3rd or 4th year we have used Turbo Tax and we've always been happy with it. I love how easy it is to use and the fact that it automatically imports our info from the previous year! This year I had a W2 from short term disability (maternity leave) and the company had taken out taxes on income that was already taxed. Due to this circumstance, I can't e-file and that is VERY frustrating. This year, over any other, I needed to get my refund quickly and now I have to snail mail file. I know that it isn't the fault of Turbo Tax but it is aggravating. We will continue to use this software in the future.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, lots of helpful info
What's not so great: The program kept trying to file for the state I work in that doesn't have a state income tax

Great Software

I retired this year wasn't sure how the software would do my W-2s, 1099s, and my retirement savings. But everything worked out great. Led through all the forms including W2Gs. Keep up the great work.

I Just LOVE Turbo Tax!!!!!

I love the way Turbo Tax is user friendly. Even my husband can use it, and he's not very good with computers! It's so easy to use. It asks questions, and according to your answer It takes you to where you need to be. I'll use it every year from now on!!!!!
