The questions that guide you through are mostly straight forward and easy to answer. The step by step process is quite helpful. I couldn't figure out how to enter a few minor details, but mostly it worked.
My biggest disappointment was that the e-file was rejected, supposedly due to a wrong birthdate entered (but the birthdate I entered was corrected). Now I will have to do a regular mail return, with a slow refund process. It hardly makes it worthwhile to use TurboTax given that glitch. I have never had issues with this when my accountant did e-files for me.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: Can't see the forms in progress - only at the end.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it keeps getting simpler to use, especially since you can import most of what you had from the previous year.
What's great about it: Simple, straightforward instructions and prompts
What's not so great: Wish a single free state e-file was included in the price

Excellent for states with only Federal Taxes

I really enjoyed how simple and easy it was to do itemized items for our donations, charities, and deductions this year. Less expensive than H&R. It was really excellent overall and thank you for the hard work in producing such an affordable tax filing software. Keep up the great job and again, Thanks!
What's great about it: Everything was easily explained step by step
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind, except out of state property owners have hard time of confusing explanations

What's great about it: Everything, easy to use, nice explanations and if all else fails -- Google helps out.

Confusing prompt for penalty determination

Working on the Colorado state return, I was warned that I may have a penalty for not making estimated payments. The program asked whether I wanted Colorado to determine the penalty. What I wanted was Turbo Tax to compute it so that I could submit it without further bother, but I didn't know whether answering yes would have TT compute it or submit my return without the penalty to be contacted by the state later or something else.
