One little unfixed problem.

Where Turbo Tax is good it is very good. Unfortunately I used a form that is not often used. Turbo Tax had same problem on the same form last year. I reported it then. It still is not fixed. So on the edges of the tax returns there are still some problems.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to answer question that quickly filled out income forms. State information taken from Federal automatically.
What's not so great: I had a problem with PA form 1630. It was not filled out correctly. Then couldn't get back easily.

Problems

efiling did not work, had to restart on my Mac. The cd would not even load on my PC so I had to put on my Mac. My PC had all of my past years loaded on so this is a new pain I did not expect.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: had to go back and redo way to many times, failed to efile, and would not load on PC

Your help section told me that using other than American zip codes and Payer ID numbers, prevents millions of American citizens receiving pension and social security funds from abroad from e-filing. You need to become more flexible.
What's great about it: Have relied on TurboTax and Parsons before that for many fruitful years. It keeps up to date and is quick.
What's not so great: This year I was unable to e-file federal and state forms, software still blocks foreign zip and ID #s.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax makes completing and filing taxes so easy. It prompts with all the appropriate questions and provides explanations, if I ask.

What's great about it: Easy and fast returns everytime
What's not so great: Switched to a mac, it transfered all my info from my files but would not let me save my new file. Disappointing.
