Great step by step interview. Answers all my questions. Get help when needed. Been using since filing 1994 taxes. Wouldn't use any other tax prep program.

Made very easy

I enjoyed my experience with Turbo Tax has always been quick and easy. The only con (and it is a small one) is I saved last year's taxes 2012 and it would not transfer over into this year's software. I must of done something wrong last year even though I saved my taxes via pdf using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I like the ease of filling out my taxes
What's not so great: Last year's pdf would not transfer into this year's

Same great results for years

I have done my taxes with Turbo Tax since the late 1990's. Each year, I am more and more pleased with the results. Turbo Tax makes my taxes easy to complete. It helps me cover everything, and the process is fast. I particularly appreciate the year-to-year comparisons.

I've been using TurboTax for many, many years now. It is easy to use, even for people who have never filed their own taxes before. I can't understand why people with even moderately difficult tax issues spend big money at the tax preparation services. Save yourself half or more in tax preparation service fees by doing it yourself with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions, straight forward program
