In general, I found this version of Turbo-Tax to be even better than previous year versions. The program thoroughly covered each income and deduction category in a logical and easy to understand manner. However, there were two problems that were very annoying. When continuing the program after having saved and closed it, Turbo-Tax did not always restart exactly where I left off. Sometimes it did, but others it displayed the 'Okay, let's get started' screen. The second problem is that it did not properly display my last years' data for comparison. Some information was there, but most was not. Additionally, the review would not let me use my nickname, probably because I had used it in last years' review!!
What's great about it: Covered all tax return topics in logical manner
What's not so great: Does not restart at same place; did not show last years' data

I love your product. Super easy to use and you can't beat the price. I used to go to H&R block until I realized their "tax professionals" were just asking me the questions on their computer screen. I been using this product ever since.
What's great about it: Easy!
What's not so great: None.

Turbo Tax is still the best on the market in my opinion
What's great about it: easy for 98% of the return
What's not so great: on Business Expense-Meals, wasn't sure if I was to enter 100% or 50% of meals.. I had to use help screen to find out
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax CD

I've used Turbo Tax for years and this year I tried to use the online version instead of buying the CD. I started in Feb. and by April I went back to the CD version. I finished and filed my taxes within and hour. I have a more complex tax situation with w-2 and 1099s plus business expenses, so the online version may work better for a straight w-2 tax situation.
What's great about it: Detailed and Clear, Better than Online Version

TT didn't subtract the amount of Military retirement income from my return. I had to bring up the form itself and enter the amount.
What's not so great: HSA portion was confusing, Oregon Military pay wasn't handled correctly

What's great about it: quick system to do my taxes and I trust in the database
What's not so great: it's getting more expensive each year, just add legal insurance, cost turbotax software and filing state almost $ 200
