the print pdf file interface is a miserable nightmare. Is it really so difficult to just print a copy of a few pages. I still haven't figured out how to get a hard copy of my return. Most of the other workings of the program were acceptable or good but this was a real fly in the ointment. I don't want to buy or download other programs in order to print a document from a program I have already purchased. I don't want to be marketed to simply because I am using a program to do my taxes. Please keep the main thing the main thing.
What's great about it: Process was quick and didn't waste time with alot of unnecessary information
What's not so great: how to make changes was not very clear

Very easy to use my taxes are fairly simple but Turbo Tax assures me that I am doing everything correctly and not missing anything I can use for a deduction and lets me know if I try to take an additional credit

Last year I filed using Turbo Tax online this year I bought the CD and I had to put all my info

What's not so great: Very Long, Did not get my info from last year online filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

not worth the trouble

They woo you with the "ease" and "convenience" of e-filing. Paradise. So why did I end up printing and mailing mailing in my returns? So sad. Disappointed. It took forever. I am unimpressed and will use a CPA in the future -- because I'm worth it.

Super Easy and Quick!

Super easy to use with helpful tips along the way. The step-by-step walk through made it easy for my first time doing taxes completely on my own. If I had any questions, there were answers within reach. The only issue was when I went to file my e-file, I had to update the program 3 times, then restart the entire program and run one more update before it would transmit. Besides that, this program is awesome and I will be telling everyone I know to use it!
What's great about it: Step-by-Step Instructions, Easy to Use, Helpful Hint
What's not so great: Multiple Updates
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
