WHY don't you print out the vouchers at staggered height on a page? four vouchers can fit on one page!
Why not individualize "hints for the future"; you have each customers' data. For example, for my state (IL), advising on state tax records, point out that out of state purchases must list costs plus S & H; also, separate medical, & food from general merchandise in one's year-long record keeping. I am sure there are similar examples from other states and circumstances and YOU HAVE IT ALL.
What's great about it: generally complete step by step; easy to manuver back and forth

Simply easy easy simply.

My taxes would never get filed if it were not for Turbo Tax. I am not the most organized person when it comes to my paperwork filimg system, so the task of gathering everything together in order to make it to an appointment to get them prepared would be frightening. The ability to work on them from the comfort of my home and have access to my papers and the computer to find everything that I need as they come up while doing them. Having the ability to start, stop and start , stop as many times as I want at my convienience (usually very late at night) until I am completed is so much easier. Also being able to sleep on the progress and reflect that I may have forgotten about something even though the program covers all circumstances to make sure I am not missing somethng; I can always go back for review and make changes and additions. I have used Turbotax for years and did try HR Block ONCE and wound up getting Turbotax in order to complete the task.
What's great about it: Navigation of the preparation of return is really simple and easy and gets better every year.
What's not so great: Too many updates and not knowing if they are pertinent to my return.

What's great about it: Fast and almost instinctive operation and guided yet.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.

Quick and painless

Takes the drudgery out of yearly tax preparation. Turbo Tax makes it very easy to complete and file taxes.
What's great about it: Quick and easy.
What's not so great: High cost of additional States; and high cost of State e-files

Good - But May Need Premier for some situations

I have used TurboTax for several years. Very happy with it. Probably should have purchased the Premier version because this year I had some Schedule K-1 transactions that were a bit difficult to enter, but eventually I did.
Overall I highly recommend TurboTax for almost all U.S. individual taxpayers. If you have more complex situations, buy the Premier version or maybe you should have an accountant and tax expert at your side to guide you through.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and fill out information
What's not so great: Deluxe version - Schedule K-1 difficult
