2013 Taxes Made Easy

This software transfers last years data, downloads data for W2's and financial institutions, has an easy Q&A, and does electronic filing.
What's great about it: Transfer Last Years Data, Easy Q&A, Electronic Filing
What's not so great: Wish cost of state e-file would be lower
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Intuit is really 'into-it'

Easy to follow program. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I recall sitting down all day with a pencil, pad and forms...now in less than an hour I can have both Federal and State completed with the best results. Thank you.

I appreciate that old information is prepopulated and saves time. The program is easy to use and the proper forms prepopulate.

Tried others, Turbo Tax instills Confidence

Really after using others in the past always come back to Turbo Tax, and have no plans to even try any others. TT just too easy to use compared to others.
Not a big deal but this is a opportunity I think TT can take to improve overall usability - Would like previous years entries (detail) not just in summary as a reference when working on current entries, provides a reference rather than go back to pull up old documents to see detail.

I have used TurboTax since 2005 with the exception of my 2012 filing and it gives the most bang for my buck. I have complete confidence in its accuracy and the audit likelihood feature helps to confirm that I have properly applied my deductions. Intuit auditing support can be purchased at a price that still makes it significantly less costly than having a CPA back up their work.
What's great about it: Automation of the entire process.
