Not as Good as Previous Years

I have used TurboTax for many, many years and this year was the first time that I received five successive transmission failures because updates needed to be applied. All of the updates should be applied in one on line session. This needs to be looked at.
Working through the various tax situations was as easy as ever and that is why I like TurboTax and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Got me through tax season again
What's not so great: Hard to file--the program decided it needed to to too many updates

One thing I really like is TurboTax will import my return from last year. Because of this I usually only have to update the dollar figures which significantly cuts down on the time I spend preparing my taxes. The job becomes easier each year!

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. I have found it to be accurate and quick as well as easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy and fast to use.
What's not so great: Downloads can sometimes take too long.

Easy

Had to manually start the loading of turbotax, other than that , it was simple to follow the program. By answering the questions, the information was entered into the proper items. Also was able to go back easily and add information that was not entered the first time.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate thru the program
What's not so great: Had trouble loading on to computer

I love TurboTax. I've used this program twice now in my small amount of filing years. My father has been using TurboTax for many years before me. We trust the program!!
What's great about it: It breaks it down step-by-step and really makes filing a lot easier.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
