GREAT TIME WITH TAXES

This year it was a great experience. I had one problem and ViJay helped me and we got the software up and running with out a problem.
What's great about it: Got a lot of SUPER help
What's not so great: STill takes a while to boot up

Love the product, would purchase again.
What's great about it: easy guide use.
What's not so great: quicker answers on tax questions

Always easy to use, even if you don't know all the answers. The help section of Turbo Tax is great. I even used Turbo Tax when I had an Schedule C to file years past. I plan on using Turbo Tax again next year.

really awkward e-filing process

Turbo tax checked and installed SW updates twice while I was using the program, and THEN it hung up 3 times on e-filing, declaring that there were updates available that I had not installed. I don't see how that was possible, since I let Turbo tax take the reigns and update each time it wanted to. How annoying! Finally, I had to close the program and come back an hour or so later, and THEN it completed the e-filing process. I suspect it was waiting for confirmation that my charge card was accepted for the state e-filing fee, but that is NOT what the error messages said. Again, HOW ANNOYING!
What's great about it: imported my 2012 data just fine
What's not so great: e-fiing hung up several times

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It works great!
What's great about it: Auto-delivery, guides me thru my taxes step-by-step, ability to download investment transactions
What's not so great: Some difficulty going back to previous sections
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Been using for years. Hard to change what works great. Keep up the good work. Would be nice if the price for the software didn't continue to rise!
