Pretty Easy

Worked well, accurately it appears, like it. Only issue was when trying to transmit I received an error 124 and had to re-save under a new file name. But as soon as I did that, the screen came up that says it was transmitted. So I'll worry a bit until I get the confirmation that the Fed & State IRS accepted the returns.
What's great about it: See subject. Was easy to use, navigate, etc. Return completed quickly.
What's not so great: For some reason it wouldn't re-save when trying to transmit.

TurboTax is well set up via questions and easy to use. Sorry to see the positive numbers change from the color green to white while owed money still appropriately stays red. Can't get my printer to print the bottoms of the second and third pages of the tax return. Why I did not rate them better this year? Could not file an electronic tax return. I followed the instructions, downloaded current changes and still no joy. After six tries I gave up and printed a copy of both the state and federal and mailed them in. When you complete your return, you want it to go in as soon as you are satisfied with it or you want an explanation. Got neither.
What's great about it: Easy to use, thorough and accurate.
What's not so great: Hard to ask a specific question. Want to talk to a person.

Gets Better Every Year

I don't consider my tax situation to be overly "complex". But, boy, when I see what hoops you all have to go through to get me through the labyrinth of our current tax system (virtually painlessly I might add) I can't imagine anyone trying to do it himself.
I have used your "It's Deductable" feature for several years now and find it to be a tremendous timesaver. This year we are going to start using Mint.com to keep track of ongoing expenses, and be able to transfer data to Turbotax when tax time rolls around next year.

Really good program. I've been using T-Tax since it came on a couple of 3-1/2" floppy discs. It was good then and has gotten better every year. It takes a lot longer to gather my tax stuff than it does to actually use T-Tax. I can't imagine doing taxes any other way.

I have been using TT since 2006 and I really like this application. Makes my life easier around Tax time.

What's great about it: Still the best product out there!
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have appreciated the easy with which the program pulls you through the needed forms. Not sure how you do it but it gets better every year! Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Detailed Information. Understandable language. Great review to catch any errors. Love the simplicity!
What's not so great: No Cons.

I wish you had a cloud we could store past returns. My computer crashed and I lost all my PDF files. Luckily I still had the printed versions of my returns.
