Maximum refund year after year!

I am self-employed and doing my taxes is a nightmare, but I can't afford to have someone do them for me. So in comes TurboTax to save the day--it's easy to use and improves every year. I always use Deluxe so I can maximize my deductions. I'm very pleased with how easy the program is to use.
What's great about it: Step-by-step guide to entire process

Makes it less painful to do the taxes for the family.
Not TurboTax's fault that it is never completely pain free.

I've been using TurboTax for years now. It is consistent, accurate and easy to use --- with noticeable product improvements every year.

2013 Taxes with TurboTax

I am satisfied with the app. It is reasonably simple enough for most any one to do their taxes. The price is better than most tax companies. Never had a problem with the results.
What's great about it: Gets the job down.
What's not so great: A little confusing sometimes

I've filed using Turbo Tax for at least 8 years after having prepared my own paper returns for 30+ years. I'm a repeat customer because Turbo Tax is thorough, easy-to-use, easy-to-understand, and professional. I love that all my prior year's information, including charitable deductions, are shown and used as needed. I also appreciate that Turbo Tax gives me 5 years of tax summary and the effective tax rate that I pay. That's very helpful as I plan.
I'd always wondered if I found Turbo Tax so intuitive because I'd prepared my own returns for so many years; however, I learned that wasn't the case once my best friend began using it upon my recommendation. She'd never done her taxes before, but she was not stressed at all using Turbo Tax. She's used it the past few years, and she loves it, too.

Navigating to forms and removing old accounts

TurboTax is a great value; as a 10+ year user I have come to depend upon it but it seems as the interview has gotten more extensive, i am less sure that the form is filled out as I need it to be. Thanks like depreciation on real estate or use of vehicles is more cumbersome now.
Getting rid of accounts from prior years takes a bit of time. Wish more banks/brokerages were supported for import.
What's great about it: Simple, guided interview
What's not so great: Difficult to know if you got it all -- like to see the filled out form after each interview
