Guided me smoothly through generating my return.

This year's Turbo Tax flows more freely than Turbo Tax in the past. This year is easier to go back and edit things.

This is the most confusing computer program I have
ever used. It always assumes you know what to do next.
Especially the last part. I was ready to tear the whole
thing up. I seriously doubt I will ever use this again.

What's great about it: NONE
What's not so great: This program, towards the end, always assume you know what they are talking about.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

SUCH A BREEZE!

The first time I used TurboTax took a little time to input all of my information but since then it has been a breeze! The system transfers personal information and all you have to do is update! It takes the hassle out of doing taxes. I usually file early but was later than normal filing this year. Even so, I had my returns done in about 5 hours (due to having to find my paperwork and totaling receipts!)
What's great about it: TurboTax is simple and easy to use. They guide you through every step!

Easy and sort of fun

Like I said above, this is my seventh time so I sort of know the ends and outs. I am using my new Mac Air which was sort of fun! Last year I created a trial return to see how much I could take out of my IRA and withheld enough to cover 2013 taxes and it worked out.
What's great about it: This is my 7th year and walks you through all fields and much less expensive than having them prepared
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing when questions did not apply

I find TubroTax easy to work with and has helpful points. Good explanation of tax rules when needed.
What's great about it: easy to work with.

would not e-file for me; kept prompting me to download updates which i did when i first opened up the program and registered and twice after that. program prompted me to mail in my returns. i've used turbo tax for years and this is the first time i've had an e-file issue.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: wouldn't e-file either tax return, even after i downloaded updates 3 times

TAXES ARE WRONG- TRBOTAX IS RIGHT

This is the only way to get my taxes done. I have to gather paperwork and that is the hardest part of completing each years taxes. Once I have the paper work together all I have to do is read the questions and put in the information. It does not take very long to get the worst and most dreaded task of the year completed quickly. If for any reason I have forgot anything, Turbo Tax reminds me and I won't miss a thing.

Wouldn't do my taxes without TurboTax

Great Product I use it all the time....instead of paying someone to do it, you can do it with the help of TurboTax.
What's great about it: simple,easy,walks you through it and vey happy with product
