My federal tax form has been accepted. I cannot print my voucher to send the check because Acrobat reader is not working on my computer. Please send me an address to send the check to the IRS or allow me to access the pay by credit card section on the software. Since the federal tax form has been accepted, I cannot access the pay by credit card section.

Overall, Outstanding

Like I said overall it is outstanding.
The only thing that I got confused about was when I was doing the State efile (IL). Pension Income Deduction windows popped up with and space that already had a figure in this amount space. I figured it was brought forward from the fed file. At least, I hope that what it was otherwise my state file if messed up.
I would suggest that a note be added to these pop up window that indicate that any amounts are brought forward from the fed file.

What's great about it: The walk thru and the ability to go back to areas that needed to be reviewed by me.
What's not so great: State efile (IL) had some windows that caused me so confusion. Example Pension Income Deduction window.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

almost missed details in my state review

I have used Turbo Tax for a about 13 years now and I usually am very happy. Not sure how the "review" said my state return was finished when it hadn't asked me any questions about it. Just happened to open it to scroll through it and that is when the specific questions came up.
What's great about it: I like the step-by-step questions
What's not so great: It looked like my state return was finished and it wasn't.

Great Application!!

Overall I really like this product and have used it for many years. Processing fee's and e-filing is kind of costly. Maybe next year I will save money and mail.
What's great about it: Very easy to import and input data.
What's not so great: High cost to e-file

I am a long time user of Turbo Tax....have always felt comfortable using it and have appreciated all the tools available to help me accomplish a timely and accurate return.
What's great about it: Thorough

Great tool

TurboTax is very comprehensive and thorough. Covers every aspect of your federal and state taxes. Up to date on the latest tax code changes. The year to year comparisons are great and very helpful. The reviews at the end give peace of mind that you have not forgotten a deduction. Recommend everyone should use TurboTax. I will continue to use TurboTax next year as I have the previous 8 years without a problem.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Covers everything. Year to year comparison were helpful
