It takes me almost as long to find MY paperwork as it does to finish the program (federal/state)

Even with a few new wrinkles, it makes it easy to go through the process of filing my taxes. With just some paper gathering and importing, I can complete and file my taxes in a little over two hours. ( That includes a lengthy review of the finished product before e-filing). Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything - I need the reminders.

I have used Turbo Tax forever it seems like. Each year it seems to get better. This year I learned about the Sales Tax deduction, since I live in Tennessee and we have no State Income Tax.
It always helps keeps me out of trouble by the checks it performs! I will keep using it!

completed my taxes with Turbotax again

I've used TurboTax for a number of years, may not use next year due to problem with efile. I don't remember this problem in the past.
What's great about it: forms easy to complete
What's not so great: efiling was quite confusing, I almost failed to complete and efile

Updated program and then did state and federal returns.
After clicking efile button, it went through verify, review and would not transmit. Message said needed to update. Did this 3 times and nothing worked. I give this only an average rating after I had to mail my returns.

I'm a retired Accounting professional and got tired of paying high prices to have someone else do my return, when I can do it myself. This keeps me up to date on tax changes and is extremely easy to use. I should have tried this product years ago. I would have saved myself a lot of money. I use your Quick books product all of the time, and love to work with it, so should have know how easy this would be to use.
What's great about it: I love Quickbooks & Loved TurboTax
