Super easy, love it, trust it.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 4 years now. I get back more on my refunds, it's step-by-step simple and most of all it 'dumbs down' the questions and explanations.
What's great about it: VERY simple to understand, xtra help when needed
What's not so great: None

Awesome made it so easy

Loved it, i've been using this program for the past 3 years now and found it to be the easiest with the most back on my returns.
What's great about it: took me through everything step by step
What's not so great: did not experience any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Elated with result

I was a student for the previous year & made decision to file through software, rather than do the paperwork for the first time this year.
I have always filed through a 1040-EZ, and since using TurboTax was able to simplify the entire process, using a different tax form behind the scenes, I was surprised that the refund I was entitled to was more than 3x what I thought it would be (After figuring my student expenses and deductions using the different applicable tax form.) Very excited about that!

Import data from previous years returns that makes it easier and faster.
What's great about it: Very user frirndly with audit control interview style screen

Simple & Easy

I have used this program for many years. A few years ago I was talked into trying a tax professional and ended up paying 3 times what I normally pay for Turbo Tax and it took her 2 weeks to get everything ready for me to pick up. It usually takes me 1-2 hours to complete Turbo Tax and I don't have to leave my home! Thank you so much for making a product that makes my life easier, because it is self explanatory, no waiting for an accurate return, and at a very affordable price.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions that are easy too follow
What's not so great: none

Taxes Made Easy

Overall I have been using Turbo tax for 6 years, and by all means it is easy to use and in the long run saves you money! If you can read and follow the step by step instructions you should have no problems doing your own taxes from the comfort of your home or business. I can say up front I will be using Turbo tax for years to come.
What's great about it: Step by Step process to cover your tax requirements
What's not so great: More clarity of line items for quick reference would be nice in some areas.

Quick and easy. I know I've got the best possible refund from the comfort and convenience of my own home. Previous years' info downloads and saves tons of time. I've used TurboTax for 6 years and wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: I love that it downloads my information from previous years!
