I've been using Turbo Tax since the mid-1980's. The 2013 Turbo Tax is the worse version in my memory. Print instructions, for example, are not clearly defined. I would normally rate Turbo Tax five stars; this year, however, I can rate it only fair.

TurboTax Delux

Overall, it is really good. I really like the fact that I can jump around to different areas, and with FLAGS set, I can come back to the point without having to search for it. There are many things I like about it in terms of it versility.
What's great about it: Good value for the money. Easy to use since I have used it before.
What's not so great: I wished that it had more video access on certain topics

What's great about it: Easy as typing
What's not so great: you need to be organized
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy And Quick!

Performing the required recordkeeping and preserving receipts will make this task even easier. I've used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years and never had any issues! Great product!
What's great about it: Easy interface, clear instruction.

Continuity of past data

1. Due to difficulties to purchase on-line TT Deluxe was purchased over the counter.
2. This copy did not acknowledge past Years TT usage. Therefore no past year TT information was xferred to 2013.
3. I found the entire process from the on-line attempt to purchase to utilization quite user unfriendly compared to my past years experiences
What's not so great: Inability to transfer 2012 data to 2013 Deluxe copy

overall it was great. as usual, it was easy to use.
What's great about it: easy to use. finds you the deductions you might miss
What's not so great: this version didn't accept the updates to e-file
