I am a Microsoft Office user and really would like the option to print my files in DOC format. I believe that I should have a choice.

I just love this program. Turbo tax has been doing my taxes for the last 10 years or so I won't let anyone else do my taxes. I know people may say bad things but it's only because they don't know what they are doing. I got my son starting his taxes with turbo tax this year. It's so simple, it its a little scary when you first do your own taxes because you are afraid the IRS will get you if your wrong but you really can amend your return later and fix things. I can't say enough about this program I just love it. The other one I even worked for them & their program is so HARDDDDDDD. Thank You Turbo Tax awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

trouble with city tax caculations

my Grand Rapids, Mi city tax is not caculating properly, this has happened for the last two years. this needs to be looked into by turbo tax right away ! Other then that it's very easy to use.

Seller-Financed Mortgage - would not let us go back and edit previous entries; therefore name was incorrectly spelled and an incorrect SSN submitted on Tax Form. 1098 SSN was correct. Thought it had been corrected when we viewed the form and entered the correct SSN, but according to our printed forms, it was not.
IRA - for those over 70-1/2 need to know how much of their IRA amount needs to be withdrawn. What % should be use to compute this amount?
What's great about it: Overall tax info very good.
What's not so great: Need to improve the edit capabilities in some areas

I love Turbotax!

I've used Turbotax for 5 years, and am very pleased with it. It seems to improve each year in terms of asking just the right questions. I highly recommend using this program to complete your federal and state taxes.
What's great about it: I loved the ease of using this program. It's very straight forward!
What's not so great: No cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
