Helps You Keep Your Sanity

Other than the limited capital gains resources on the deluxe version, no complaints. Sure beats doing it longhand.
What's great about it: Covered all aspects of my filing.
What's not so great: Capital gains could be a little more detailed.

What's great about it: Simple to use. Explains things pretty well
What's not so great: Would like less use of technical jargon and more "Taxes for Dummies"

I had a small problem getting my return printed. Got past that. Everything else about TurboTax is GREAT - been using it for years!!

Great product if you have the right computer

I have used this product for years. Great product but will not work on 32 bit MAC. I hope there is another product that will, as this is my last year to purchase TurboTax

What's not so great: Constant update requests, won't work on some MAC's

Filing is easy as pie

I've been using TurboTax for years and have yet to be disappointed. The simple interview format makes filling out your taxes easy but also leaves you with a good feeling that you've done a thorough job. The only bone I have to pick with Intuit is that it's hard to tell just what version you need to buy until after you've begun the process. Sure, you can upgrade as you go along but it would be nicer if the pre-purchase advertising gave more of a hint as to what features you would actually be needing (maybe a few example scenarios for the non-accountants among us).
What's great about it: Simple Q&A Interview; e-Filing; It's Deductible
What's not so great: Hard to tell what version (Basic, Deluxe, Premier) you really need

Easy Tax Filing

been using turbotax for decades, constantly getting faster and easier. especially like the "its deductible" for donations and the ease of doing the state tax. the state tax part has become very easy and accurate over the past 5+ years. Overall I would rate it excellent with great improvements over the years!!
What's great about it: ease of loading softwear, fast and accruate, easy state tax
What's not so great: hard to go back to some worksheets for later adds, subtractions

when I had a problem the tax systems could not fix it with me had to get a pro envoled.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: problems could not be fixed by me, had to enlist pro.
