Easy to use

Every thing was great until I tried to save to a pdf and it said there were errors. I hit the back button several times and found I missed entering a figure in a box. This did not change my refund but why didn't it find the error during the review.
What's not so great: Found an error when I went to print

Error on import of 2012 taxes

Software imported incorrect information from previous year. Had to call for help to correct it. Help center was very helpful in resolving the problem. I will still use Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: still easy to use
What's not so great: not so easy of find and fix software error without help

The old place I had a problem was with the Donations for mileage in support of a charity!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Couple of quirky area's

Wise Use of Turbo Tax with confidence

I have been using Turbo Tax for well over 8 years and each year I gain more confidence in the program
I would highly recommend the program to anyone who can file their own taxes. I used to go to one of those Hi Profile Person to Person Tax Service and now feel I have been use only to pay more and more each year.
This program only improves each year resulting in the best return I could expect in returned funds.
Anyone asking me how to use the program - I would respond by "just turn in on and it will carry you through the filing process with ease and in language you would understand".
Thank you for making Tax Filing much less of a difficult task.

What's not so great: Difficulty when efiling to download updates
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used TurboTax since 1999 and would have rated this product 5 starts until this year. Several times I needed to go directly to the tax form to find/correct errors, updates not working correctly - preventing electronic filing to just name a few.

I spent too much time attempting to send money for the forms. I have never had that much time. I still have not received confirmation that my money has been sent. I think Turbo was concerned that others might read forms.
