Final May Not Be Final

First time thru error check I passed error free and TurboTax informed me I was guaranteed to be error free. Without changing any data I ran check again and TurboTax asked me to add a bunch of Zip Codes to my 1099R payers. Then I ran the error check again and TurboTax told me I needed to add more data because I was in AMT land.
What's great about it: categories are exhaustive
What's not so great: Different screens popup doing multiple checks

HSA

In 2013 I learned about TURBO Tax confusion for handling HSA. Just read internet posts. I will be asking for a refund of 2013 and 2014 of amount paid. I over paid my 2013 tax by about 1000 because of your inability to provide clear instructions.
What's great about it: Carryies over data nicely year to year
What's not so great: Horrible and unclear navigation for HSA

Lots of new questions for seniors that were a little confusing such as if a pension was a RMD. That was something I did not see in years past.
What's great about it: Easy steps to follow
What's not so great: Hard to go back and find things

I'm a TurboTax repeat user for a number of reasons. The tutorials are excellent. The explanations are in plain English, not legal-ese.
What's great about it: Fast. Walks you through the hard stuff with plain English explanations.
What's not so great: Took 6 attempts to e-file. Got caught in an update do-loop. Found you have to TOTALLY CLOSE then reopen to eFile

After completing the process, I was told to download more updates. After downloading I tried to E-file and couldn't because there was more to download. So much for simple filing!

We have been using TurboTax for years. Great product with lots of convenient features. The guide moves you through most of all the forms needed to file (only exception was, as mentioned in "Cons" was that we have a local fire tax that I have to locate on "Forms" to insert Local Fire Tax and amount.). E-filing is quick and convenient with direct deposit into checking or savings account for refunds or direct debit from checking account if you owe.
What's great about it: Guide pretty much leads you through the whole process quickly and accurately

Must be Computer Literate

Although I've used your program several times, it never gets easier to complete. Definitely not meant for seniors with limited computer terminology and technology. Of course the government does not help with their many tax forms, questions etc. Overall very frustrating for me to use.
