Just fantastic - simple and handles all the complexities for me. Takes me from start to deposit in my bank account, what more could you ask for. Been using this for over 10 years and no desire to stop.
What's great about it: Easy, Comprehensive, Secure, and Thorough. Handles all the complexity for me. I love It.

TurboTax 2013 continues to be a very smooth well functioning program. The transfers of forms such as W2's from companies worked very well. Help functions seemed slightly more difficult to work than last year. I did not find the prominent display of the turbotax community as a help function very useful. Overall I would continue to rate TurboTax well above all the rest of the tax software.
What's great about it: Automation and transfers from W2's from companies was seamless.
What's not so great: Slightly more difficult to move forward and backward than last year. Help was also slightly more difficult to access.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2009. Why did I wait so long???
It is incredibly easy to use, has help that truly helped me and I get a refund super fast

What's great about it: Prompts, checking for every possible deduction
What's not so great: Only me forgetting some of the papers I needed :(

I HAVE USING THIS PROGRAM FOR SOME YEARS AND IT WONDERFUL !!! NOW WE ALL USE IT.
What's great about it: YOU GET TO DO IT FROM YOUR HOME
What's not so great: SOMETIMES YOU NEEDED ME TO CHANGE SOMETHING BUT DID NOT COME OUT AND SAY THAT.

Great program. Use it every year.
What's great about it: can't miss a deduction: it walks you right through every step.

Turbo Tax Rocks!

Overall a very good program. I have used Turbo Tax for the past several years and have saved not only hundreds of dollars in CPA fees but also maximized my refunds.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use and helps you get the highest refund.
What's not so great: Still needs to work out glitches with regard to same gender marriages and state returns.
