It is always clear and easy

I think every year that this program gets a little more friendly and easy. I can find almost everything about me with very little effort on my part. Of course it pulls information from last year and I haven't changed much in 30 years.
What's great about it: Every step is well planed and logical.
What's not so great: Sometimes review tax areas that I don't need. But that can help some returns.

No hassle

What a great experience! Much more affordable and didnt make me waste our time with fumbling tax preparers we used to use from the other guys. Also the price was just right, we never knew we could reduce our costs from 4650 to under $100.

What's great about it: Detailed , easy and affordable
What's not so great: No consultation for insuring more write offs to minimize my federal return

GREAT PROGRAM

I THOUGHT TURBOTAX WAS VERY EASY TO USE AND IT SEEMED TO COVER EVERYTHING IN A THOROUGH WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.
I THINK IT WOULD HELP THOSE WITH EYESIGHT THAT ISN'T EXACTLY 20/20 TO HAVE A LITTLE LARGER FONT.
What's great about it: COVERED EVERYTHING IN A VERY UNDERSTANDABLE WAY
What's not so great: FONT SIZE COULD BE LARGER!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Your Tax Expert was the BEST!

I waas stuck because my Form 8606 wouldn't print out and calculate my 2013 tax basis in my IRA. Your tax expert, Eileen Soliz, was able to figure out why the form was not printing. Everything else was great from that point on.

Frustrating loop when efiling

A loop because of missing zip codes, addresses etc in the final efiling page kept me from being able to efile. I now have to mail my tax refund for the first time since 1989! Very frustrating.
What's great about it: ease of use...form updates are perfect, transferring info from previous years, makes it painless.
What's not so great: For the first time since 1989 I was not able to efile

Easy!

Great tool. Been using it for 7 years. Best aspect is being able to compare prior years entries side by side with the current year. That makes for an easy check to make sure you didn't forget something. Importing stock and mutual fund data is nice also. Oddly enough I am a Federal Employee but yet cannot import my income data...my employer doesn't participate....Go figure. Similarly my bank, Regions, was not listed either. It is a very large chain in the South East. The product works well, and the price is ideal.
Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Carry over and comparison to prior years. Quick and easy to double check.
What's not so great: Would like to import my bank data, but "Regions" wasn't on the list.

Refund Once Again !!

There were some misc. entry portions that could perhaps need clarity to why you were taken there or discription of how you got there...
What's great about it: Easiest and Most User Friendly Tax Software on the Market -- Hands down !!
What's not so great: None......Really - why even ask this question!
