During the review process, the follow-up instructions on areas that were marked as needing to be double-checked were not clear. This needs a little more elaboration/guidance.
There were like 4 or 5 downloads screens. Why not just one?
If you're audit risk is higher, why not tell you how you can reduce that risk?
What's great about it: Easy and Intuitive
What's not so great: After each section, the screen scrolled to the top making you have to scroll all the way down...over and over again.

Easy, quick and accurate

Have used turbo tax for years as have my brother and parents. Simple to use and fast. The final check and all work very well and have not been audited.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Less than an hour and done..
What's not so great: Takes up a lot of drive space.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax form update email notification

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have not had any issues until this year. I needed a couple of forms that the IRS needed to upload into Turbo Tax. I was asked if I would like to be sent an email notification when the forms were ready. I did request the email notification, but never received an email (I waited a couple of weeks). I went to the online community to ask what to do and that was the only way I knew I could move forward with my tax return.
What's great about it: Step by step process is easy to follow
What's not so great: Email notification of forms ready for filing

It would seem to be reasonable to include State form filing charges with the price of the software - so no additional costs would be charged.

I've used Turbo Tax for five years. The detailed walk through makes me feel more secure that I am not missing anything. I also like the neatness of the forms.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step; organized; neat
What's not so great: Need links to prior year's return.

This software is so intuitive! Anyone can use it! It makes life so much more simple. So glad my co-worker turned me on to it years ago!
