I was overall satisfied,
What's great about it: less expensive
What's not so great: alot more involved,very different, took a longer time to do .

Price was $10 more than last year. Might look to do all online next year rather than download the software.

Done.
That's why I keep coming back every year.
What's great about it: LOVED the ease of use! Also love the peace of mind due to the thoroughness.
What's not so great: What's not to like? Honestly, this is the best!

The support and answering questions were not as easy to get answer. Wanted a phone number to call and could not find one in any information. Customer Service could be more helpful and we have used Turbo Tax Delux for years. I did returns before TT in our accounting business. Have been away from the work for several years; husband used your service since 1988 and now he is deceased. Now a widow and senior citizen.
What's great about it: Very good walking me thru for my information
What's not so great: Confusion for first time handling sale of mutual fund
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I work for an educational institution that grants tuition remission, up to a certain level, tax-free. I am taking graduate-level classes and am a part-time student. Simply entering the amounts on the 1098-T causes me to owe money on some of the remission because the institution included what they covered in 2014 in the amount they showed on the 1098-T. This can be a bit confusing. If Turbo Tax were to ask, for each year, how much the tuition charges were, what I paid, what I received in scholarships and grants, and what I received in remission, that would be very helpful. Thanks!

What's not so great: Ask More Questions for the 1098-T Form

This Edition so far is the easiest to use of all your previous taxware!!!!
What's great about it: Simple, self explanatory and intuitive for me- anyway!
What's not so great: Not quite sure if my data is susceptible and/or accessible to identity theft.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's done! (my taxes that is...)

Overall, the program is very easy to use. I have used turbo tax since 1998 to file my federal taxes and state taxes as needed. However, this year for some reason my program would not allow me to transmit my return without shutting down the program, restarting my computer and re-opening the program. Once that was completed, my return transmitted just fine. Although this was a pain in the neck, I will purchase Turbo Tax for my 2014 taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Minor program glitch.
