E-file error

I down loaded the updates for Turbo tax, but would not allow me to e file my Federal returns and kept saying a form was missing and needed to be updated. I ran both the Federal and California State updates and installed.
I have used Turbo Tax of past five years and was disappointed with this error.

What's great about it: Good coverage taxes and easy follow instructions.

Easy peasy this year!

Turbo Tax has taken the stress and anxiety out of filing for me. I've always done my taxes myself and usually at the last minute. Since I know that Turbo Tax is easier, I am not waiting until the last minute. Filing electronically and debiting a payment from my account, if need be, is a breeze.
What's great about it: Seemed easier than 2012...noted improvements. The state was super easy.
What's not so great: None

TurboTax has become stagnant for many years, if not regressed. For $69 it should rock, always be getting better in terms of user interfaces and ease of use instead of stagnant. I'm still struggling with issues/mistakes from 2012 on IRA/Roth Conversions that I'm sure has cost me many lost tax refund dollars. This year I had a simple estate based on a Trust that had less than $12,000 of rental income, and no net income. If I wanted to use TurboTax I would have had to purchase the Business program. Instead I did it using the forms on the IRS website.
What's not so great: Awkward home office deduction, too expensive for efiling for state returns, updates all month long up to April 15th.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is my 10+ year of using TurboTax. great product. reasonable price.
very user friendly!
What's great about it: all pros! answered all my questions in the additional information sections
What's not so great: no cons!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Lack of import for 2012 return

In past years, I have found this program to be extremely useful. However, the inability to import 2012 data into my 2013 return, as well as the inability to print except through Adobe, will impact my decision to whether to remain with turbotax.
What's great about it: worked well for expenses & deduction
What's not so great: could not import 2012 turbotax date into my 2013 return. Unable to print a return unless I go through Adobe.

Turbotax is Great!!

Have used Turbotax for a number of years and find it more and more helpful as some of our life situations have changed. I can always count on Turbotax to ask the right questions and then put all of the financial data in the right places on the tax forms! Highly recommend!!
What's great about it: Takes all of our info and puts it in the right places!!

I've used TurboTax for years. Only service I trust to get me through the process and maximize my refunds.
What's great about it: Good helps available.
What's not so great: Dislike your commercials and attemps to sell more services.

Cannot undue entry nor adjust est taxes

Entered wrong data on K-1 form. could not eliminate bad data had to delete form to correct. Could not find a way to adjust the generated estimate taxes. Will have significant income change in 2014. Would prefer to create more accurate estimated tax forms.
What's great about it: okay
What's not so great: Couldn't redo entry error on K-1, data, had to remove the form and reenter everything. could not adjust estd taxes
