Been using Tubo Tax for over 20 years and have found it easy to use, and helpful in answering questions. Only change I would make is to have a :move to " at the end of each sub section, for expample in the credits and deductions as you complete each sub section eventually you need to scroll to the page bottom to move on. Would be helpful if the move was at the end of the subsection.
What's great about it: Easy to use, informative
What's not so great: could use easier paganation. Have "move to next " at end of each sub section

I like to double check income entries with a simple spreadsheet and have always enjoyed the ease of entry into TurboTax.
What's great about it: clear, easy and logical sequence of data entry
What's not so great: no noticeable data encryption while requiring an internet connection

Best version yet

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years, and this is the best and easiest version yet. Combined with ItsDeductible, everything was a snap. There is plenty of help, but I never needed to use it.
What's great about it: Easy

As good as always

Been using TurboTax for years. Haven't had a reason to consider anything else. Being able to pick and choose topics is great for experienced users.
One con: In one of my calculated fields, my gross income was reported as a factor of 4x over actual. However, this did not recur and it did not effect my tax return.
What's great about it: Ease of use and thorough

Easier than ever, quicker to file than ever, I do not like doing these for fear of making mistakes but it's was so simple and transferring all the info cut down on time, I loved it :) I will be using turbotax again next year.

The most I like is that each section is also broken down making it very easy to follow. The areas are very well defined & the questions are very specific. Any add questions is very easy to find the information either through Turbo Tax or the IRS. I have used Turbo Tax the last 3-4 years which has helped me not only save money but also time. Plus I feel very confident in getting the best/most refund I am entitled to!
What's great about it: Instructions are very easy to follow.
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love Turbo Tax!

I've used Turbo Tax every year since 1994, starting on a DOS PC. I've never had a problem or error in my tax returns. I've had my returns reviewed by accountants and they could find no other (legal) deductions that I could take to get a better refund. It is fast and easy - it just took me only 2 hours to do my 2013 taxes. I won't use any other software, or any other tax service, to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, accurate
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
