Best out of poor situation

Got the best return possible after taking some funds early out of 401k , even gave the option of setting up payments with Feds
What's great about it: Made all aspects easy
What's not so great: cant ammend a return from previous year

I like that Turbo Tax walks you through all aspects of tax the return and double checks for ways to make your tax experience a positive one.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Would like to see actual forms as they are being filled out.

I like using Turbo Tax.
I will delete spam however. Last year, the day after I e-filed, my email account was hit with hundreds of "spam" emails.
Coincidence?
What's great about it: I use it every year
What's not so great: "hidden fees" it should say this on the box

Surprise refund amounts

Trying to hit "continue" and winding up in the same mode over and over again. Finally figured I needed to select another spot in the form to break the repetitive (kind of like a toggle switch) back & forth screens.
What's great about it: Easy, peazy
What's not so great: unable to determine duplicate/erroneous entries easily

kept getting error message that Turbo-tax needed to be updated prior to e-filing. updated the program 8 times and still got the error message. had to snail mail tax return - NOT GOOD
What's great about it: Tax guides are helpful
What's not so great: e-filing never worked

What's great about it: The step by step and carry over from last year made doing my taxes easy!

I'm not sure this even filed. I kept going to Windows Med Center instead of finishing and printing. When I tried to do my MSA it tried to get unrelated. The bottom line is had an MSA that I put nto and I removed to pay for things.
Even this is screwed up. Try to figure it out
What's not so great: It wouldn't do my MSA properly. it wanted to go to windows media center instead of printing
