State Tax Screw Up

Having to mail State Taxes. Should not be charged, for hav ing to mail my state tax in. Screwed Up tax help

Great Application

I have used your product every year for the past ten years. I gives me confident that I am doing my taxes correctly. I like the your offer for the Audit Assistance at the end of the filing process. If I get too big of a refund and I can't figure out why, I will probably use it.
Great functionality.
What's great about it: Step by Step Guide works for me every year
What's not so great: Sorry, I don't have any complaints

Less than an hour to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Easily imported last years' personal info as well as employer, charities, etc.
What's not so great: Continued to suggest filing Florida tax even though it said that Florida does not require the tax

Easy, detailed, and quick!

I have been using TurboTax for 3 years now and it is very convenient. For the first two years, I filed just before 4/15. That shows you how easy it was to work with! This year, to be on the safe side, I filed earlier and I am glad I did because it gave me more time to relax. Thank you, TurboTax and Intuit! The next thing to do is install the latest version of Quicken.....
What's great about it: Walked me through the whole process - Fed and State

Wonderful Program

I have been using turbo tax for longer than I care to remember.
it has always been a pleasure and a thrill to use it.
Even though, I find tax preparation very painful, turbo tax takes some of the pain away.
