TURBO TAX: GREATEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER PROGRAM. HAVE RECOMMENDED FAMILY AND FREINDS USE THIS TAX PROGRAM...
What's great about it: CONVENIENT, EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NONE TO ME

Turbo Tax Easy to use (expect for PA)

I like Turbo Tax and have used it for more than 12 years. This year I tried to use the PA state return for married filing jointly and the PA part didn't recognize the 1st taxpayer. No matter what was tried, it wouldn't complete it and e-file it. I had to mail it. What a bummer.
What's great about it: Easy, helpful, correct. A breeze to use
What's not so great: Pa State return didn't recognize Federal Info sheet info for i of 2 taxpayers
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It used to be be better

After 3 years, its time to try something else. Very disappointed.
What's great about it: it pulls my info from last year taxes
What's not so great: expensive, not as simple as before, printing my doc was hard and confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wonderful Tool!

Turbo Tax is a wonderful tool, especially for those with straightforward tax situations. Cheap, fast, easy. much less cost vs having a professional do it. Be sure to have your information on hand (such as SSNs for your kids, car registrations, receipts, etc.); it will make things much easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use, can close and come back to stopping point, clear questions, sections not too long
What's not so great: HSA language still confusing. Cannot see entire tax document until after filing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Fun

Thanks, great job. I feel safe that I got everything correct this year.
What's great about it: Everything went quickly and easily this year.
What's not so great: Sometimes I could not track the forms and the directed pathway very easily.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Problem!

Everything fine until the end--TT wouldn't sent sent off the returns electronically. Message said I needed to download updates, which I did, but the program still refused to submit my returns electronically. So I had to print them out and mail.
What's not so great: Transmitting

The only fun thing about tax time!

This program gets better every year. I believe I've been using TurboTax since I was doing my taxes on an Atari 1200. I'd probably be in debtors' prison without it.
What's great about it: Great GUI, and it does the math! Fewer pencil trees killed.
What's not so great: Almost nothing. Well, except that it's for taxes.
