poor efile preformance

efile is the wost and update did not work ether
What's great about it: program ok
What's not so great: efile is terable tried for two hours and up dated about 10 time and still did not work

Easy and cheap to file.

Have always used a tax preparer or CPA in the past. Fees have gotten very expensive. So I decided to use Turbo Tax this year. Always thought it would be difficult. But, it was easy. Compared it to last year return and it picked up everything. Wish I would have used Turbo Tax sooner. Would have saved lots of money over the years.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out forms and file return.
What's not so great: None

Great Product

I've been using this product for many years and it gets simpler to use each time. I started at 10:00 and was done with Federal and State and e-filed by noon.
What's great about it: Has every thing you need

I know that I need a copy of my Fed. return for the State when I mail it in, but I don't need a 2nd copy attached to the state for my records. It's just a waste of paper and ink.
What's great about it: Easy/Easy/Easy to use
What's not so great: Prints a second copy of Fed when printing state for records

Turbo Tax made filing extremely easy.

Love it. Use it every year!!
What's great about it: Ran thru all the information for you.
What's not so great: Had to update after entering information. The update should have ran prior to starting the file.

Turbo Tax made my day by saving me thousands of dollars I thought I would owe federal and state taxes this year but instead with the guide me I found that I got a federal refund that would cover what I owed the state and added some extra money in my pocket!!! You guys are awesome and I will continue to purchase the Deluxe Turbo Tax every year!!!! Thank You.
What's great about it: Easy to use with the GUIDE me and questions are easy to answer.
What's not so great: My daughter and sons now think I am a tax expert and want me to do their taxes!

The program crashed when trying to update the Iowa state forms and locked me out of my included state when resuming. I was forced to pay for my state return twice. Unacceptable.
