Done with taxes for 2013!

TurboTax makes filing taxes easy -- if I can do it, anyone can do it. The places that tripped me up were related to timing out. My computer was frozen and I couldn't do anything including moving forward with turbotax -- I could not even shut the computer down -- had to unplug it and restart. I was worried that everything would be lost, but everything was still there and I could complete my tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: There were a couple of places that tripped me up.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Disappointed

I have been using TurboTax since it first came out. It was easy to use, provided information in a way that was easy to understand, and reasonably priced. The video segments were interesting and helpful. This year was quite different. The help was virtually non-existent. Every step of the way it felt like they were pushing me to "upgrade" from the Deluxe edition to get answers to common questions. If I need to spend that much for software and answers, I'll pay an accountant to do my taxes for me next year. I used to love TurboTax, but this will be my last year with this software.

Peace of Mind

I am always stressed with the prospect of filing my taxes. Turbo Tax gives me peace of mind with its ease of use, step by step instructions, ability to ask questions and knowing there is always professional audit help if the need should ever arise.
What's great about it: Peace of mind, ease of use, and less expensive than other methods.
What's not so great: inability to get out of the review

TURBO TAX EVALUATION

Doing my income tax with Turbo Tax has always been a rewarding experience. I felt like all areas were well covered that applied to any tax files through out the year.
What's great about it: It was very simple to do my federal and state returns. It was very easy to follow and guided me all the way through.

Finally Done

Would like to be able to set up an account online when using the disc purchased at a retail store. Since the computer I used last year died I was unable to access my 2012 return and needed to enter all the info again. Make sure to save your return to an external hard drive or thumb drive so if your computer dies this year you'll be able to plug it in and access your 2013 info(at least I'm hoping it'll work next year).
What's great about it: Walks you through, found more money for me
What's not so great: inability to pull up last years return when using the disc purchase.
