Helpful with multiples sources of income

I have used Turbotax for several years now and continue to be pleased with how easily an old man like myself can use it. I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: I liked the concise but helpful instructions
What's not so great: I wish the account information could be more easily accessed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the second year I have tried to E-File my return without Success. Regardless on how easy the 2013 program is to use if the end result is a dud, the thing to do next year is to change Manufactures.

I still like the product but it sames like there is always a new challenge each and every year. This year the HSA was useless
What's great about it: Transfer of prior years.
What's not so great: The HSA questions are very confusing. This needs to be fixed

you can plan for the next year, by editing different sections and know what you have to do next year, crunching numbers are easy and saves a lot of time.
What's great about it: very easy to use,concise and asks the right questions

Federal Good - State not so much

We've been using Turbo Tax for many years now and will continue to use and recommend even with problems with state returns.
What's great about it: Loved the easy, common sense, understandable walk-throughs
What's not so great: States are all messed up, especially a problem when having to do more than one state

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. Have always been pleased with the ease of use and portability from one year to the next.
Not sure what happened this year, as there were issues with the TT update engine; had to completely remove all components and completely reinstall in order to get e-file to work. Even after, the updater would end up in an endless loop of trying to update the latest version. Seems like this wasn't fully tested with Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks).
There's been a lot of good software that Intuit has released, but the mess this year has me seriously considering whether or not I want to try this again. Very discouraging.
What's great about it: Import of prior years filings; software is overall very easy to use
What's not so great: Cost of e-filing going WAY up; issues with TT2013 and MacOSX10.9.2
