Step by step process is very easy to follow. Program is very user friendly.
What's great about it: Quick n EZ

Some hassles, but OK

each year there are subtle improvements. completing 1116 forms was easier
What's great about it: Actually got to talk to a person without waiting forever, not even 2 min.
What's not so great: Had some trouble filing electronically, but everything got fixed fast

Makes filing taxes easy and almost fun

If you are hesitant about doing your taxes yourself, try this once and you will not have to take your taxes to someone else to have them done ever again. Will give you confidence that you have done them correctly and the post office won't lose your returns or your check. It's Deductible helps you keep track of your deductions all year long and then imports it to your return.
What's great about it: ask questions and clearly explains deductions
What's not so great: not easy to see the return while you are working on it

Absolutely Fantastic Product

I've been using TurboTax since 2000. It's a great product that makes filling out forms easy and accurate. You don't have to fill them all at once either. You can take your time and read all the helpful explanations along the way. TurboTax is so thorough. They don't miss anything.
What's great about it: Guides me through every step as needed.
What's not so great: Sometimes terms is not known e.g. postal code to 1099-B.
