Another Year with Turbo Tax

A great program to navigate through an unbelievably complex tax code. The day we have a flat tax - yeah.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step
What's not so great: government language is abtuse

This is the third year that I've used this product. My filing is not overly complicated and the process with TurboTax is always straightforward. I hope to continue to get great service from this well-done computer program in the years to come!

Very complete and easy to use

Turbo tax makes preparing tax forms as easy as possible, given the complexity of the Federal and State tax codes. It handled my change to retired status quite well.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: No complaints
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was easy and quick. I did not have an extensive filing this year so I was able to file my complete return within 2 hours by allowing the program to walk me through step by step.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions, was able to move around easily between categories
What's not so great: forgot to remove cd, so initially could not e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone every year. great product and has only gotten better over the years. I've been a user since 1999.
What's great about it: easy to use, very helpful, affordable, knowledgeable
What's not so great: some portions are difficult to navigate
