Needs a bit more explication on the SEP contribution. Had some initial difficulties with the SEP contribution from self-employed income.

I recommend TT to everyone I know. It is the easiest and fastest way to get your taxes done right...the first time. I love knowing it has been checked and rechecked. No worries mate!
What's great about it: I love the ease of use and how you speak my language.
What's not so great: Want to see more import partners

Good system, but would like to be able to print individual pages for use as reference.

Seems like every year you make changes that make it more difficult to do my taxes. I like to work from the forms. I'm 78 years old, have been doing my taxes since I was 16, so I feel more comfortable doing this. Gone was the nice worksheet where I could enter all my stock buys and sells on one sheet and a couple lines for each stock. Made it very difficult this year plus I could never figure out how to delete a stock once I had entered it. I had to play games to enter all zeros so it wouldn't show that my return wasn't finished. Please bring back the good old way of doing this. Thank you.

2013 TAXES

I was interested in taking the tax protection like I did last year but last year IRS sent me a revised tax form that paid me less. I had no idea what to do with this or to seek support to understand what and why it was changed. Net result, I reluctantly declined this years protection ( with reservations).
What's great about it: RELATIVELY EASY TO DO TAX PREP
What's not so great: Program doesn't give me an opportunity to print the pages I want and I find that I am wasting paper. ie unnecessarily p

Great customer service

I have been using TurboTax for years without a problem. This year I made a mistake and couldn't E File . I called customers service and the wonderful rep walked me through the problem and corrected it. She even stayed on the line until everything was completely done. I can't say enough good things about her.
What's great about it: Calm ,focused person on the other end of the line
What's not so great: I'm an idiot
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
