Great program -- reminded me of areas that I needed to refer to my documentation.
What's great about it: Gathered previous tax info and guided me thru the similar steps.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

just remember you can take your time and not fret over language that's unclear, they will walk you through all of the forms and information you need. It's real easy
What's great about it: Easy and more than helpful with questions
What's not so great: it sometimes with unclear in technical language

Now I have to print the forms and transfer entries so the state refund is entered.
What's great about it: forms and guidelines fairly torough
What's not so great: couldnt find state tax refund entry on either form

I feel that you should be allowed to file taxes for two states without having to purchase the other particular state you earned additional income from. The price of the software should cover for at least two.
What's great about it: The ease of answering the questions
What's not so great: Had to make a purchase if filing state taxes for another state

Very easy to use. I am retired with Income from Social Security and an IRA Stock Portfolio
What's great about it: Keeps last years records and saves me time looking for previous records
