Every year the product is easier and quicker to use. The imports save a lot of time and are accurate. I would use no other.

have used turbotax for years..love it!!!!
What's great about it: even though i didnt get a refund, the process turbtax uses made it very easy to file.

The only problem with federal returns is keeping up with the documents all year. When it's time to file, Turbo Tax makes it a breeze, especially the review, any typos are brought up for correction. Quick and easy.
What's great about it: Step by step, easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. I like the ease of use and the inexpensive price to file your taxes. However, one can't help but wonder if I would uncover more deductions meeting with someone in person.
What's great about it: Easy to use; Easy to transfer W2, last years info
What's not so great: Feel like you are missing out on some deductions

I have lost track of how many years I have been using TurboTax.
I continue to go back to it each year because of the confidence I have in it to help me be complete and accurate.

What's great about it: Steps are clear and concise. Forms are generated with minimum effort on my part. Never a problem.
What's not so great: I hate doing taxes, but i would hate it much more were it not for TurboTax

Simple year

I plan to continue using TurboTax and will continue to feed back any points of confusion, such as the Section 179 request on the State form.
What's great about it: Totally retired. Just simple data entry.
What's not so great: Section 179 request on State form threw me. I put "0" in all the boxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
