Poorest product I have seen in years

Am ready to print forrns I what Io send to the IRS. I am not e-filing this year. When I was going thru initially, I came to a spot that had that but now I can't find it. Tax summary is only federal. Can't plug in next year's projection to get an idea of what I need to do re: estimated taxes. Much much better product last year.
What's great about it: Usually the info is there if you can find it
What's not so great: very difficult to find info.
Pros: I moved

2013 Return

One thing my "old" tax preparer always gave me was a checklist of the documents needed. It would be nice to start the return with this or at least give us the option of reviewing and printing it.
It's Deductable is great but there seems to be no option (from the software at least) to print your list of items. I did this myself through a bunch of screen captures but it was time consuming. Please give us a print list option!
Lastly I didn't see the option to print the quarterly tax payment forms (didn't need them last year but for 2014 we will be self-employed and need these forms) In the past the program would print them??
What's great about it: Good job
What's not so great: Would like to see the FAFSA included with the retrun (or separate)

After almost completing my taxes and getting ready for review it I saved and closed down my PC. Then when I restarted it, it said to update, so I updated. After that my file disappeared I checked with ? HELP and got no response. I noticed they had not responded to others who asked same question. It cost me over one full day of working on my taxes. You folks Owe me. I started all over on Saturday and it took me until 9:30 pm, a wasted day. Then when I entered information the number 1527 it kept saying 1547 every time instead of 2012 or 2013. This is a glitch in the system. I was just happy to complete an submit my taxes but was afraid to turn off the computer. I am not happy.
What's great about it: I have used turbo tax every year except one for the last 10 years, with very few problems until this year.
What's not so great: Twice my Turbo tax deleated my file/
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Did not bring my return history forward from previous years of using Turbotax, but otherwise was easy to use (except see above).
What's great about it: Everything except the very last step in filing my state return
What's not so great: Three days to work through the opaque instructions for correcting an omission on my state return
