Almost Perfect

Everything went well until I tried to print returns. Did not have Adobe installed and no "print" button was available. After Adobe installed then I could print.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and enter information
What's not so great: Not clear that PDF printer is required before printing can be done

Turbo tax is ok but they ask too many questions. It is not as user friendly as it used to be. It is much more expensive than it was two years ago. I also found out I could have done my taxes free online with Turbo Tax, not fair.
What's great about it: Covered everything I needed
What's not so great: Too expensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax now for approximately 10 to 12 years with excellent results.
What's great about it: The step by step approach is great.
What's not so great: Really did not find anything

I have used Turbo tax for years. It is easy to use for simple situations. A lot cheaper than a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Quick! Took about 1.5 hours after gathering of paperwork.
What's not so great: Who likes filing taxes?

I did not want to efile my state tax only my Fed tax. I cant figure out if it efiled both or what.

Problems

entering was the usual easy job, but errors kept cropping up when finished with the US return. I had to downlod the up-daqte for the Federal forms three times before they were complete nd the program would let me finish. At the end, I was unable to print out the returns to use as reference in the future. This was not the usual easy and professional product I have received in the past. I ope next yeqar ir is better. Take out the bugs early.
