2013 Tax

What's great about it: Step by step procedures to easily navigate the process. Being able to download from an external source.
What's not so great: Had to calculate one input based on 2012 taxes. Thought TurboTax should have done it for me.

I'm not a savvy computer user, yet I feel very smart after using Turbotax - it was easy to use, I finished in 40 minutes and I'm not exhausted or frustrated, in fact I feel like celebrating...in fact I will.
What's great about it: quick, easy, clear

This is my second year in a row for Turbo Tax. Great product. Why haven't I been using this all along? Really helpful and easy to navigate thru. A real pleasure to do my taxes for once

Loved not having to enter all my investment details, had Turbo Tax access my account and all interest and stock trans actions were transfered.
What's great about it: easy to complete step by step instructions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TT Deluxe for years and it has always given me confidence about the accuracy of my return.
