Still Great but a Little More Difficult

I'm a long-time TurboTax user, so I've had both standard and itemized deductions, college expenses, stock sales/purchases, house sale/purchase, and more. This year was an easy tax situation, but I found that TurboTax wasn't as easy as past years. The large, important items sailed through the program, but it was a few of the little items where I actually had to go the forms section and type in a few numbers. Just didn't seem as easy as previous years.
What's great about it: Easy downloads, automatic form creation
What's not so great: No automatic update anymore, difficulty with K-1

My family has used turbo tax software for several years and are quite happy and satisfied with the ease and clarity of Turbo Tax . It makes filing taxes a lot less stressful.and a little more bearable.

2013 Deluxe Review

The federal software was easy to follow and understand. However, the state software (especially Mississippi) was difficult, seemed to have glitches and was very complicated to follow. We had to constantly deviate from the step by step process and go to the forms to correct issues.
What's great about it: Federal was easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: States (especially Mississippi) needs to be less complicated

Quick and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it just gets better and better. In the past, there was an error on the retirement credit calculation for the state of Georgia and the Turbo Tax rep help me correct it manually, reported the error, and fixed the program so that it did not occur the next year. I love the ease of filing and not having to print and go to the post office. Great product!
What's great about it: I don't have to do any calculations
What's not so great: Some of the deductions/credits can be a little confusing, but, hey, this is tax speak!

Stopped my worries in a minute

I like the way it stepped you through everything. I thought I would need the deluxe, but now that I have finished it I am sure I could have used the basic. But I'm just glad I still could understand and use the one I I got.
What's great about it: easy to understand questions
What's not so great: I didn't need the deluxe but still useful

Always easy

I have used turbo tax for the part 10 years and have never had a problem it just keeps getting easier and easier every year
What's great about it: super fast and reliable
What's not so great: none
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
