2013 Turbo Tax Experience

Overall, it was a great experience. Very well executed.
I had 2 questions regarding my State form. I called at 6:44 PM, 4/6/14, a message stated there was a 4 minute wait. After 27 minutes I hung up and I was frustrated.
Re: State of Michigan Return
We moved 10/30/2013 to our seasonal home and changed this to our permanent res. due to selling our White Lake, MI home.
I needed guidance, I did the best I could. Not sure if it is right.
I wanted to show how much taxes we paid at both homes.
Also, I am a public retired employee. There was not a prompt asking me if I was, but it automatically checked that I wasn't.
Thank goodness I was aware of the tax law, or I would have had to pay. I went to the page and changed it manually.

What's great about it: Very user friendly, with good instructions

Easy Return

I've been using TurboTax successfully since 2002 with no problems.
What's great about it: Easy to pick data from tax form fields as directed.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Printing screens or one page of return

There are some screens that have a lot of info but cannot print

Easy program to use and install if you have a new and improved computer. Been a user since 2009. No complaints. Never been able to comprehend the Tax Regulations let alone read the small print but with Turbo Tax I have gained a better understanding and confidence. Thanks Turbo Tax!
