Very easy to use. When I had a problem with the system not filing the 1 free State return, I got immediate assistance by phone and will definitely use TurboTax again and again.
What's great about it: Satisfied with entire TurboTax process
What's not so great: Nothing I didn't like

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years, maybe 10 or more. I like it and would not think of changing to something else. THis does everything I need to do and so far has done everything right!
What's great about it: I like the step by step method and comparison to last year info

only complaint is the cost of filing with the state. should be included in the package

This is my first time using Turbo Tax, im a bit nervous to have done it on my own but like the fact that I don't have to pay anyone and know exactly what was put on my returns. So ready to do 2014!!

I absolutely love using Turbo Tax. I have used it for as long as I can remember and plan to continue using it for all future tax returns!
What's great about it: Very easy to use and the software walks through everything
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I used Turbotax to get a snapshot of what I send my CPA for the past few years ago when I lived and worked in different states and my taxes, with stock sales, got difficult and accuracy was paramount.
This year, I didn't let go of the playing-safe "handle-bars" and again did both..prepared my taxes with Turbotax and submitted my tax info to my preparer. He said, rather wryly, "Why continue to pay me if you get the same result as I?" For years I used Turbotax only and never got audited. Next year, I'll return to preparing them myself with aid of Turbotax and save the huge fee I pay a preparer.
What's great about it: Dependable and reliable

Worked with turbo tax for 4 years now. very satisfied. The software cost, well worth the time/money.
What a savings doing your own taxes. I highly recommend
this software to anyone who needs to itemize,and run a business. you also can deduct the software cost next year.

What's great about it: can have turbo walk you through,or you can free style,turbo will help on both.
What's not so great: had problems this year getting e-file accepted. may have to send paper.
