Exellent Product!!!

I have use Turbo Tax for 3 years now and this year was the most challenging as both my children started attending college.
How to handle the 1098-T's were the most confusing part and I don't think I am alone in that regard. Turbo Tax needs to explain this part better especially how to treat missing information from the 1098-T form.
Other than that, the product was great.

Takes the guessing (and stressing) out of filing

Turbo tax is one of the best values around! It's easy to use, and does a thorough job of analyzing all my potential tax deductions. They suggest possible deductions that I would not have thought of. I feel just as confident in Turbo Tax as I would if I paid someone to do my taxes, and for a lot less money!
What's great about it: Easy, fast to use. Like an accountant in a box!
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet

YES! It was easy to use TT. I have used them for almost a decade now so I know what to expect. Taxes should not be stressful but no one wants to mess up. They gave me confidence by leading me thru their software.
Only draw back is customer support is so overwhelmed there is no personal touch. I had to dig thru other reviews to find some software answers for my Mac. Grateful some guy took the time to post what I needed.
Oh and I got a refund...so I am happy.

What's not so great: Too difficult to get support, have to search reviews to get info needed.

good tabs to jump around.
good guidance.
helpful if you have all the documents immediately available.
seemed to miss some entries on tax forms like zip codes - could ask when that section is completed rather than at the end in error checking - had to go get the documents again.

What's great about it: easy navigation
What's not so great: enterinf interest from family loans, no 1099-int
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Reporting Royalty Income

IT MAY BE THE FAULT OF THE TAX CODE AND FORMS, BUT THE WAY ROYALTY INCOME IS REPORTED IS VERY AWKWARD AND CONFUSING; AND "at_risk" is impossible.

Other than having to recalculate the Retirement Income Exclusion for Ga because of above, I would highly recommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: the walk-thru is so easy
What's not so great: the transfer of jointly-owned capital gains to state did not divide between us.

Importing tax data from a brokerage account with all the various boxes which are meaningless to the nonprofessional was a snap with TurboTax!
