Exceptional product for all filers, particularly good for return users and the financially literate.

I like the program! I have used it for years and will again next year!
What's great about it: I liked the walk throughs for each section, even if they didn't apply.
What's not so great: Nothing about you, but I didn't get a return, thanks to my husband.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had to close out program and restart computer in order to be able to e-file.
What's great about it: Easy to use program

Works Great for Baby Boomers!

Working through Turbo Tax, the long form is a snap to complete, step-by-step, with a nice refund. When problems arise, Customer Service personnel are helpful and patient even with a client who is not computer savvy. This year I had a computer glitch that was not easy to fix, but I had such good help from Customer Service. That alone is a reason to always use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Leads you right throught every schedule and option. Concise explanations.
What's not so great: So much info to keep track of (but that's the IRS's fault, not Turbo Tax).

Indispensable Tax Helper

Turbo Tax walks one through every possible steps that involves tax application and assist in solving some of the difficult aspects of tax implication. I have been using since last several years and have never experienced frustration in filing my taxes. Super tax software.

every time I signed on to do my taxes, the program started from the beginning, not where I left off. I had to find out where I stopped last.
In the middle of doing my taxes I switched over to forms to check out information. When I tried to return to program I lost everything I did that day.
I have not used TT for a few years, but I remember it to be more user friendly. It seemed easier to find information to help you do your taxes.

All in all, it was a good experience
What's great about it: Fairly easy
What's not so great: deductions were a bit hard to follow vs standard deduction
