I found Turbo Tax easy to use. All I had to do was provide the necessry information and descriptions. TT did the rest for calcujlating everything. Any errors I made were quickly discovered and explained how to corret. I have used TT in the past and will continue to do so in the future,

Turbo Tax is a great product.
We have been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years. It is so easy to use. I like how all the personal info is retained and transferred from previous year. I can trust that my filing is accurate and filed in a timely manner.
I always use step by step, then I know I didn't miss anything.
Electronic filing is easy.

What's great about it: Ease of use. All data is saved and reserved year to year

As an older person it gives me great confidence that I have done all that is needed to file my taxes. I recommend it to all persons over the age of 70.

Problems At The End

Generally my experience was positive. The aggravating exception was at the very end. When I attempted to file electronically it failed and I received a message saying that I first needed to download an update. Each time I did so, I received a message that the update was successful, but when I once again attempted to file, I was unsuccessful and the loop repeated itself--at least five times! E-filing was successful only after I closed TurboTax, shutdown my computed, restarted and reloaded Turbotax. A very frustrating experience!

I'v used Turbo Tax for many years. I had a duplicate entry on Donation Worksheet and could not cancel it.
I had an incorrection valuation on one of my donations and had a very difficult time trying to correct it.
What's not so great: It was difficult to make corrections to donations worksheet

Turbo Tax: Enter, Review, Relax

Turbo Tax is an effective way to prepare your personal tax report without the headaches, nerves and trials and tribulations in the pre-Turbo Tax era, this last century! I do not know how you can make it even easier as you did this year so I am looking forward to next year's returns (gasp did I admit to that?) using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easier format to enter your data, BRAVO!!!!
What's not so great: Why didnt we have this last year????? (grin)
